LATENESS

If a client is running late to the appointment, a lateness cancellation fee may apply. If the client does not want to pay the fee and  wishes to continue on with the service after being late, please be advised that all clients must sign our lateness waiver before receiving the service.

LATE CANCELLATION

Late cancellations is anything less then 24 hrs and will result in a late cancellation fee. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for any services that has been done. If for any reason you are not satisfy with your service a store credit or accommodations can be issued within a reasonable time frame. Please contact us within 24-48 hrs from your appointment time to notify us.

NO SHOW/NO CANCELLATION

All no shows and no cancellation will be charged an automatic fee. All future appointments will require a deposit and any fees must be paid in full before you can schedule appointments.

UNUSED MEMBERSHIP

If you are not able to come in for any reason and cannot use your membership contact us immediately. We are not responsible and do not offer refund for unused membership.
